Delivery and returns
All our bikes are available to ship. We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for UK deliveries and review different carriers for international shipping at the time of delivery.
We carefully pack and check our bikes before sending them off to their new homes, so we are confident they will arrive at their destination in the condition they left us.
If you have any concerns about our packaging process or delivery, please get in touch. We’d be delighted to assure you of the time and effort we put into making sure our bikes arrive safely.
Our packaged bikes require simple assembly, which we are happy to talk you through on arrival. We remove the front wheel, handlebars and seat post.
Collect from us
We welcome all collections from our workshop in Coventry. Please get in touch to arrange a pick-up or test ride.
We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce for all UK deliveries.
Our flat delivery cost is £xxx. This includes insurance. If you would like to arrange delivery with another supplier, this can be arranged.
Delivery is usually between 3-5 working days. This can be reduced if you would prefer to pay for a speedier courier service. If you have any questions or special requirements, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
You can track your order after dispatch. Please note, this may vary if you opt for an alternative courier service.
If you request additional items, outside of your bike order, we will keep you informed of their status. We encourage you to get in touch if you have any questions or concerns. We would rather have the opportunity to put things right than disappoint you. We are confident in the bikes we source and only purchase bikes of high quality. Please contact us for more details, or checkout, and we will advise you of international delivery costs at the time. You can call, WhatsApp or email Iftiaz to discuss your order.
Returns and Refunds
If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 of purchase in the condition it was delivered. You will be asked to cover the cost of the return shipping fee.
If there is any mechanical defect, or you’re unhappy with any aspect of the bike, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to fix, replace or cover the cost to put things right.
If you are returning a bike, please contact us to let us know.
Please ensure you use a secure courier with a tracking service and obtain a certificate of postage.
We will contact you once the bike has been received.
Providing it is returned in the condition it was dispatched to you we will issue a refund within two working days of its receipt.
