Recommended by a work colleague was waiting for the right bike to come into stock. Saw the Tarmac Sworks SL5 as a direct replacement for my existing Tarmac expert SL. Found Iftiaz to be very friendly and knowledgeable about the bike. This being the first step into the auto shifting world of Di-2 was quite apprehensive. Anyway I got a quick lesson into how it all worked and today I took my first ride. All I can say is wow! I am not going back to traditional gears. The changes were so smooth I could not believe it. I just wanted to say what a fantastic bike you have sold me, my first ride resulted in a puncture so had to take to Halfords so they could put gator skin tyres on, being a newbie to Road biking I did not realise how good the bike was, all the staff wanted to see my bike and feel how light it was and comment on how well it was made, I felt like a celebrity  add to that my best time on Strava next ride and you know why you’ve got a customer for life (thumbs up) John Uxbridge

Hi Iftiaz just wanted to say thanks for your help with the bike. Finally managed to get out last week 3 times and got shoes and pedals sorted. Think I need to loose a little weight and might need to get the rear mech extended as a little hard up hills bit di2 is silky smooth in gear changes and very fast bike. I checked my pinarello and strangely it is a size 56. Think I should have come down in cycling gear. Adjusted the seat back up again so its all ok but going to get a bike fit as you suggested to ensure I have it all set up right. Thanks again and keep well. Steve Batley
